- Where do the traditions come from?
- From Irish folklore archives, mainly the Schools' Collection on dúchas.ie and the folklife collections of the National Museum of Ireland. Every ritual and season page lists the sources it draws on, so you can read them yourself.
- Is this religious, or witchcraft?
- Neither. These are customs people in Ireland kept through the year, some tied to the old festivals and some to saints' days. You don't need to believe anything to keep them; a ritual here marks a moment.
- Will a ritual help with stress or anxiety?
- A ritual marks a moment; it isn't a treatment, and I don't make health claims for any box. If you're struggling, please talk to your GP.
- Do you deliver outside Ireland?
- Not yet. For now the shop delivers in Ireland only, by An Post.
